Return & Refund Policy

ElizaWire will refund any order if returned within 14 days from reciept provided that the jewelry in question is returned in the same condition as it was shipped.  As we maintain detail pictures and data on each unique piece, this will be compared to the item returned.  Once verified that it has been received in the same condition with all it's parts (particularly if broken) we will cheerfully refund your purchase price for the item and any associated Sales Tax (California residents only) but not shipping costs.  ALL RETURNS MUST BE INSURED BEFORE SENDING TO US:  Products can be returned to:

If you have any piece of our ElizaWire jewelry that needs repair after the initial 14 day period, please contact us at: orders@elizawire.com.  We can then access the situation and inform you if you can return it to us to repair for you at a nominal charge.  Any defects of workmanship on our part will be repaired free of charge although shipping fees may be charged.
